Great event Richard,

Ivor and I enjoyed ourselves, weather was good, smell of bacon butties was also good, pity none were for sale. 

Damages

Front steering protector turned inside out, dings here there and ever where, starter motor goosed, Winch solenoids smoked (bad habit) Few lights now have no lenses.
All in All well worth it though.
Well run event, friendly Marshals, nice to meet so many off road nutters, especially George (polish tomcat) pulled my dead 90 out of the shite on Saturday night.

I just wanted to drop you and your fellow organisers and marshal's a quick note to say thank you for all your hard work in putting on such a well run event 

Having been to a few over the last 25 years we have seen all variations on attempts at organisation,  

I must commend you not only for having a clear format of your own, but also it was very well executed and above all carried out with good humour 

We really enjoyed it, both during the days and in the evenings 

So in summary;

Hi Richard and all other people involved in organizing the AFC 2006, 

Thanks for a great event, we very much enjoyed coming to do the event and see scotland - well worth it. We apreciate the amount of effort involved to organize this kind of thing and keep everyone happy, and from our side we would say well done for organizing a great event.

You even managed to really bugger up the reliability record of our car and break it many times!
